Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders that ship via UPS Ground within the United States. Orders requiring LTL Freightshipping will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Order Shipment

  • If your item is in stock, we will process your payment and ship the order within 3 business days.

International Orders

We proudly ship to international customers! However, please note:

  • Our products are designed for the United States market and may require either a 110V or 240V electrical system(please check before ordering).

  • Our products meet U.S. safety standards but may not be certified for other countries' electrical regulations.

  • Due to varying product dimensions, international shipping quotes are provided upon request.

  • If you approve the quote, we will process your payment through our secure online gateway and prepare your order for shipment.

Damages & Claims

  • Inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damage, note it before signing for delivery or refuse the package.

  • If you accept a damaged package, take clear photos immediately of both the packaging and the product.
