Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which means:

We will then verify stock availability:

Out of Stock/Back-Ordered: We will void the pre-authorization and email you with alternative options.
Items available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed with payment and begin preparing your order.

If your item is in stock, we will process your payment and ship the order within 3 business days.

Damages & Claims

Inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice damage, note it before signing for delivery or refuse the package.
